Club Policies


  • No member shall be eligible to win any competition until his dues $300.00 Can. funds are paid in full

  • You must advise the English Bay Golf Club starter  2 WEEKS in advance if you are not playing, or YOU WILL HAVE TO COVER THE COST if the club is charged by the golf course.

  • Every player must complete his own score card. Score cards must be dated, totaled with your course adjusted handicap, signed and attested by a player in your group. Instructions

  • Dress code – Jeans, T-shirts without collars and cut-off shorts are not permitted. Most courses played have a dress code policy in place.

  • Guests are welcome but held to a maximum of three rounds and subject to availability. Guests must pay the going course rate but not less than the EBGC weekly rate.

  • Reimbursement Rule: Max. $100.00 dollars will be returned to a player leaving the club prior to June 31 of a season. No funds will be returned after July 1 of a season.


  • Entering Scores:

    1. Members must enter all scores into the RCGA Network to be eligible to use their respective handicap adjustment at any English Bay event.

    2. If prior scores are not entered the players(s) forfeit the right to adjustments and will be awarded a 0.0 handicap factor for that event.


ENTERING TOTAL SCORE on the RCGA Network

  1. From MY HOME PAGE, click the ENTER SCORE button.

  2. Enter the "Date of Score".

  3. Select the "Course Name".

  4. Select the "Holes Played".

  5. Select the "Tee Box".

  6. Enter the "Total Score".

  7. Click the "POST SCORE(S)" button.
